Colm holds a post graduate qualification in Marketing and is also a qualified Business, Executive & Personal coach. Outside of the day job he is a family man, lover of the sea and occasional motorcycle fanatic.

Sometimes, Emma takes off her recruitment hat and, on those days, she catches up with family and friends, finding some new brunch spot and the odd glass of champers!


Brian has an innate ability to understand client cultures and plans for growth, and match them with candidate’s career ambitions to place people in their role of choice across a variety of industries. In his spare time, you'll find him on the side lines of a swimming pool coaching athletes at club national and international level.


With a strong background in marketing, Dermot has honed his skills in communication, branding, and relationship management through previous roles, including Marketing Assistant at Beacon Hospital and Brand Ambassador at Irish Distillers. These experiences have provided him with a unique perspective on how to effectively engage with diverse audiences, an expertise he now brings to the recruitment sector.

Passionate, proactive, and always ready to go the extra mile, Colin contributes to a team dedicated to building lasting connections between great people and great companies.

Mia’s career journey demonstrates her adaptability and commitment to excellence. Prior to joining The People Group, she worked as an Assistant Manager at 53 Degrees North, where she gained extensive experience in staff management, customer service, and operational oversight. Her previous role as a Supervisor further honed her leadership skills, allowing her to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
A graduate of the University of Essex, Mia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on organisational dynamics and human behaviour. This foundation has been instrumental in shaping her ability to connect with people and manage diverse teams effectively.
Mia’s proactive approach and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to any organisation. Outside of work, she is passionate about continuous learning and developing innovative ways to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
