In his spare time, you'll find him on the side lines of a swimming pool coaching athletes at club national and international level.
Dermot holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from University College Dublin and a Master's in Marketing from Technological University Dublin. With a professional background in marketing, Dermot honed his skills in communication, branding, and relationship management in previous roles as a Marketing Assistant at Beacon Hospital and a Brand Ambassador at Irish Distillers. These experiences have provided him with a unique perspective on how to effectively engage with clients and candidates in the marketing space.
